Hello and welcome! My name is Stefi Penova-Hallmark,

I’m originally from Bulgaria, Eastern Europe, and I’ve been passionate about cosmetology since graduating from Bulgarian Cosmetology School in 2004. I ran my own salon back home until I moved to the US in 2012.

After moving, I graduated from the Aveda Institute and spent six wonderful years working at an Aveda salon before opening my own. I make it a point to travel back to Europe once a year—for family, advanced salon training, and to learn new techniques that enhance my skills.

I specialize in color, blonde, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, extensions, formal/updo styles, women and men's haircut.

My mission is simple: to make every client feel comfortable, happy, and beautiful while sitting in my chair. I go the extra mile with relaxing head massages, hot towels, and positive energy during every appointment. Seeing the smiles on my clients’ faces at the end of a service is truly the most rewarding part of my work.

When I’m not styling hair, I love spending quality time with my loved ones and traveling whenever I get the chance.
